Training on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) for WorldLink

Prevention of Sexual Harassment

Frontline Consult has successfully conducted an intensive training program focused on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) for WorldLink. The training session, held over the dates of March 28th, 29th, and 31st, gathered 14 in-house participants from WorldLink, aiming to foster a safe and respectful workplace environment.

Led by two experienced trainers from Middle Earth HR India and complemented by a local trainer associated with an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO), the program provided participants with comprehensive insights into recognizing, preventing, and addressing incidents of sexual harassment in the workplace.

Throughout the training, participants engaged in interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify and effectively respond to instances of sexual harassment. The session emphasized the importance of fostering a culture of zero tolerance towards harassment, promoting inclusivity, and ensuring the well-being of all employees.

Participants emerged from the training equipped with a deeper understanding of the legal frameworks surrounding sexual harassment, as well as practical strategies for prevention and intervention. Each participant received a certificate upon successful completion of the program, highlighting their commitment to promoting a culture of dignity and respect in the workplace.
