Induction Program of UN Traineeship Cohort-X: Frontline Consult Pvt. Ltd., dedicated to fostering innovation and growth, has achieved a significant milestone by successfully onboarding 34 trainees from marginalized communities for the UN Traineeship Programme Cohort-X. The journey towards this accomplishment began with Frontline Consult conducting a rigorous written exam for the UN Traineeship Programme Cohort-X on January 12th, 2024, in multiple cities across Nepal. The exam was held in Kathmandu, Janakpur, Butwal, and Nepalgunj, providing equal opportunities for aspiring candidates from various regions to participate.

Following the written exam, the selection process was carried out meticulously, focusing on merit and potential while prioritizing candidates from marginalized communities. Through a transparent and fair evaluation process, 34 deserving candidates were selected to begin this transformative journey.
