Strategic Human Resource Management: The Frontline Consult Pvt. Ltd. has requested the AIT Extension (AITX) of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) to submit a proposal for the professional development program on “Strategic Human Resources Management” to be conducted in Thailand. For reference, detailed information on AIT and AITX.

In order to facilitate the process and optimize learning value, this international exposure for professional development program is designed to explore and enhance understanding/knowledge of best practices in human resources management, leadership, and performance management as these topics will be integrated into the program.

The intent of this international training for professional development will act as a conduit for participants to ascertain a comprehensive understanding of relevant industry knowledge and practices relevant to robust cultures distinct to individual countries.
