Managerial Effectiveness workshop encourages the participants to get a hands-on experience around effective ‘managership’. This skill development based program is designed to enhance key managerial capabilities that will prepare your managers for the emerging business challenges. The workshop is especially designed keeping in mind the real life scenarios.
