- Statutory Work Hours: 8 hours a day and 48 hours a week
- Non-Nepalese People at Work: Foreign Nationals can work in Nepal only after getting a work permit (according to sections 22 and 23 of the Labor Act of Nepal, 2074)
- Time Offs/ Leave System: As per Nepal Labor Act 2074 Leave and Holidays can be provisioned as;
- Public Holidays in Nepal: Minimum 13 Days
- Minimum Wages: Rs. 17,300 per month and Rs. 89 per hour (average) Plus SSF
- Weekly Off: Saturdays
- Payroll System: Monthly
