Ms Banu holds 15+ years of experience leading initiatives in designing and implementing HR Systems, Performance Management System, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, HR Strategy & Implementation, Training & Development, Skill Consulting, Business Performance Evaluation and Feasibility Studies, with over 100+ engagements across industries for clients in India, US, and Middle East. She completed her post-graduation in Financial Management from IFMR and Executive Strategic Performance Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. She is also a certified HR Analyst.

Mr Vasu holds 18+ years of rich experience in Operations and HR Management from Central and Semi-Government Organisations to Private MNCs across diverse industries including Recruitment, HR Consulting, Information Technology, Banking, FMCG and QSR. He holds a Masters Degree from IBS with specialisation in HR and Marketing. He is also a certified Thomas Profiling Analyst and Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015.
